By accessing or using SkyChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.
2. Use of Service
SkyChat provides a WhatsApp Business messaging platform. You agree to use the service in compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Commerce Policy and applicable laws.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SkyChat are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software.
6. Limitation of Liability
SkyChat is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
